California-licensed C-8 concrete contractorthe right way.
Bachi Concrete is a California-licensed C-8 concrete contractor based in Fairfield. Licensed since 2021 under CSLB #1074044. DIR-registered for public works. Fully insured. Pouring across Solano County every week — driveways, patios, HOA work, public works.
Licensed. Bonded. Insured. Built to ACI 318, every pour.
Every pour meets or exceeds ACI 318 standards. Every driveway gets 6-sack 4000 PSI concrete with #4 rebar at 18" on center. Every patio and sidewalk gets #3 rebar at the same spacing. Every contract follows California Business & Professions Code §7159. Every warranty is written — one year on workmanship, material defects passed through to the manufacturer.
When you hire Bachi, you're hiring a licensed California LLC held to California standards.
The short version.
Bachi Concrete was founded in Fairfield, California in 2021. One truck, one crew, one standard: every slab poured to California code or better, every contract compliant with BPC §7159, every job delivered on schedule.
We're C-8 licensed — the specialty license California requires for standalone concrete work. We carry the two bonds required for a licensed LLC concrete contractor in California — the CSLB Contractor License Bond and the LLC Employee/Worker Bond (both verifiable at cslb.ca.gov under license #1074044). We carry General Liability, Workers' Compensation, and Commercial Auto. We're DIR-registered for public works. And we speak Spanish and English with the same ease.
Most of our work comes from referrals and repeat customers — HOAs through multiple HOA and property management partners, plus homeowners across Fairfield, Vacaville, Suisun, and Napa. If you're looking at this page trying to decide who to trust with your driveway: our license, bond, and insurance are all verifiable at cslb.ca.gov under license #1074044.
How we operate.
Licensed Qualifier on every job
The CSLB requires a Responsible Managing Employee or Managing Member on every C-8 licensed operation. Ours runs every job site, measures every slab, and signs off on every pour. No subcontracted qualifier. No absentee license. CSLB license #1074044 is verifiable at cslb.ca.gov.

Our standards.
Some contractors cut corners to hit a lower price. We don't. Here's what we do on every pour, no exceptions:
- 6-sack 4000 PSI mix — stronger than California code minimum 2500 PSI
- 6-inch thick driveways — vehicle-rated; we don't pour 4" for cars
- #4 rebar at 18" O.C. for 6-inch driveways · #3 rebar at 18" O.C. for 4-inch flatwork — per ACI 318, never wire mesh, never "we'll see"
- Compacted base rock subgrade — proper prep under every slab
- Saw-cut control joints + expansion joints at proper spacing
- USA ticket pulled before any digging
- Written, §7159-compliant contracts on every job over $500 (California law)
- Written workmanship warranty — 1 year standard
