Concrete that looks like stone, wood, or tile.
Stamped concrete lets you get the look of slate, cobblestone, wood plank, or natural stone — at a fraction of the cost, with the durability of concrete. We use professional-grade pattern stamps, integral color, release agent, and sealer. The pattern becomes part of the slab, not a coating on top.
Priced by finish complexity.
$18-22/sqft
One pattern stamp, integral color, release agent, sealer. Clean and consistent.
$22-28/sqft
Main field stamped with contrasting border (brick, running bond). Two integral colors blended for depth.
$28-35/sqft
Custom pattern layout, hand-applied accent color variation, acid stain detail work. Premium curb appeal.
Pricing includes the base concrete (6-sack 4000 PSI, 4-6" slab, rebar) PLUS the stamping/coloring. Not an add-on to driveway pricing. Final price per §7159 contract.
Five reasons homeowners pick stamped.
No shifting or settling
Pavers sit on sand — they sink, tilt, and separate over years. Stamped is one continuous slab. It doesn't move.
No weeds between stones
Paver joints are weed and ant paradise. Stamped joints are sealed and continuous — nothing grows through them.
30-40 year lifespan
Pavers need relaying every 10-15 years as they shift. Stamped concrete lasts decades with just occasional sealer.
Looks designed, not DIY
Custom patterns, integrated borders, accent colors — stamped looks like an architect specified it. Pavers always look modular.
Often cheaper than pavers
Good pavers installed properly: $25-40/sqft. Stamped concrete: $18-28/sqft. More durable, often less expensive.
What homeowners ask us.
Does stamped concrete fade?
Integral color (mixed in the concrete) fades far less than surface color. Surface color (release agent) can fade in 5-10 years of full sun. Re-applying sealer every 2-3 years refreshes the color and adds life. We include the first sealer application — re-applications cost $1-2/sqft.
Is stamped slippery when wet?
Depends on the pattern and sealer. Deep-texture patterns (slate, cobblestone) have natural traction. Smooth patterns can be slippery, so we add anti-slip additive to the sealer. Pool deck stamped always gets anti-slip — non-negotiable.
Can you stamp over my existing concrete?
Sometimes. A thin concrete overlay (1/2" to 1") can be stamped on top of sound existing concrete. If your existing slab has cracks, settlement, or drainage issues, we recommend replacement instead — overlays amplify underlying problems within 2-3 years.
What's the cure + sealer timeline?
Day 1: pour + stamp. Day 2-3: cure, clean, prep for sealer. Day 4-5: sealer application. Day 6+: walk-on. Total project takes about a week from pour to use. Furniture: 2 weeks. Full vehicle load: 28 days.
